Taxes and Duties
Our goods are VAT free.

If Taxes & or Duties apply to your order and we are able to pay them upon Dispatching your order, those taxes and duties are free for you. We pay them along with any delivery expenses, as stated in our free delivery.

If taxes or duties only apply upon urrival to your country and to be paid at Place, we will ship your goods Delivered at Place ('DAP'). This means it is the buyer’s responsibility to handle import customs clearance, duties, and taxes.

If these are applicable, a local customs agent will contact you to arrange payment of any taxes and/or duties when your order arrives at the border.

After this brief stop, your goods will continue to their final stage of delivery, right to your door.
Warranty

Each Clock is securely packed to be delivered safely. We send you a video of your Clock prior and during the packing.

If you have reiceived a broken item, please make a video of broken parts upon receiving and unpacking the item in the presence of a representative of the company that delivered the goods. Then, contact us and send us the video. We will send you the new Clock free of charge.

1 Year Movement Guarantee
We manually check each clockwork before sending the Clock to you.

If the clockwork stopped working at any reason within 1 year after your purchase, we will replace it by sending a new one.
